Phenomenal thoroughness and commitment to making sure that I was informed of all my options at every step in the process. I specifically worked with Kendrick, and he is a great and thoughtful lawyer. If you're his boss and you're reading this, please give him money. Emma was also very kind and efficient at keeping up with all the admin. Give her money as well. Clayton did an amazing job providing guidance and context the whole way through. If he ain't an equity partner make him one. The moral of the story is that everyone who helped me did a great job. If you find yourself in need of representation, I can't recommend anyone more.

I could not have been happier with my experience at Ogborn Mihm. Contacting lawyers after a car accident is never a fun experience, but my legal team of Steve, Quinn, Carrie, and Colleen made the process as easy as possible. Thank you all so much!

My family had an estate issue. We worked with James Fogg who did a great job. While we didn't end up doing a contingency, the firm was one of few to entertain the idea. They were responsive and gave thoughtful and realistic advice. There money we spent on fees ended up being a good investment. We didn't feel like they padded their hours in the bills, and would have advised us to drop the issue if there wasn't a likely positive outcome (it would be easy to encourage a client to keep fighting and paying if the client was emotionally attached even if the case was a dud). We certainly hope to not need their services again, but would use them if the need arose.

I was not excited about looking for an attorney after my car accident. All I have to say is Thank God I found Amy Rogers and Steve Shapiro at Ogborn Mihm. What impressed me the most is their integrity, honesty, and straightforward approach to presenting my case. I so appreciated that approach, especially when we were preparing for my deposition. I have never been in this position before and was very intimidated; however, with Mr. Shapiro and Ms. Rogers’ guidance, there was nothing to be frightened about, as we were telling the truth. I can't tell you how impressed I was that they remembered all the little details I told them about what I was dealing with in my injuries, even years later. WOW were they on top of every detail. It was amazing! They were so on their game the whole way through. Another aspect that they excelled at was being compassionate. I didn't feel good from the accident, and had much to deal with, and they were there for me every step of the way. They were truly there to help me get better and it wasn't just about the case. Because of them I had access to resources I wouldn't have had otherwise. That's huge when you're in pain.
How they took care of my needs, while handling the opposing side and the judge, was very impressive. They were tough and didn't miss a trick. I am so glad that I had attorneys on my side who were so personable, compassionate, and intelligent, who truly fought for me. I had the best of both worlds with hiring Mr. Shapiro and Ms. Rogers. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs legal help after an injury.

My lawyer, Amanda Hood, did an amazing job representing me with a very complicated injury of TBI (which eventually turned to post concussive syndrome) and cranial cervical instability in addition to some eye deficiencies all caused from the same car accident. It was a long road; however, because Amanda has educated herself (more than some doctors I know in my opinion) on these injuries she was not only a great advocate for me, but she was also patient, gentle and compassionate when dealing with me. If you have a brain injury, you know that we can often be not too terrific to deal with! 😉 Although there can never be enough money to compensate for the injuries I still deal with, she did an excellent job working within the system that we have and was able to win a settlement for me that will allow me to be able to continue the many treatments I’m still involved with. I don’t believe that this would’ve happened with a different lawyer. In fact, from stories I hear in my support groups, I know it wouldn’t have happened. Thank you to Amanda and to her wonderful paralegal, Cindy who also played a big part in keeping things organized for me. They’ve given me a good shot at being able to move forward with my life.

Working with Steve and Amy was life changing for me and my case. I was working with a different law firm before coming to Steve and Amy. The previous law firm was telling me to accept an offer from the insurance company which wouldn't cover my out of pocket expenses let alone make me whole for the injury I received. The feeling this gave me was overwhelming. The feeling of not being looked after was not only scary but extremely disappointing. Steve and Amy went to work on my case knowing I wasn't being made whole from my previous attorney/firm. Steve and Amy helped me prepare, helped me manage options of care, and helped me understand my path moving forward. The previous law firm was pushing me to settle for an offer less than $40K while Steve and Amy were able to get me the maximum payout allowed... $500K+! Both Amy and Steve were very caring through the entire process. They kept me calm, cared for and very informed. Trusting in Steve and Amy is the best thing anyone can do. They are there for you every step of the way! They changed my life for the better after experiencing a life changing accident which changed my life for the worse. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Steve and Amy!!!
